Structural Engineering

Most projects would require a structural design (also known as Structural Calculations) to be submitted as part of the Building Control application.

We can prepare the structural design report for your project and submit it to the Council as part of the Building Control application.

One of our Engineers will provide the structural report, discuss the project with the Council and provide support all the way through your project.

PROJECTS

House Renovation - North Curry

We love bringing the hidden original features back to life in old properties.

Over the years everything had slowly been covered up and we were lucky enough to be given the opportunity to uncover them again.

Extension, External wall removal & refurbishment

Our customers were fed up with tiny rooms with nowhere to sit together without feeling confined.

We opened up the back of the house and built a side extension to create a large open plan space that flows into the original part of the house.

Although this building looks old, everything here has been salvaged and repurposed to create this extension.

Side Extension- Thurloxton

This was not only a side extension that doubled the size of the house.

The customer then asked us to refurbish the existing property and then landscape the gardens. More pictures to follow once we have completely finished.
